The app's design, branding, "Clinical Luxury" theme, and original interpretations are the intellectual property of Krishna Uvaach. The original Sanskrit verses are in the public domain, but the digital presentation and curated content within the app are protected by copyright.

3. Disclaimer

The content provided in Krishna Uvaach is for informational and spiritual purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the interpretations and are not liable for any actions taken based on the information provided in the app.

4. Audio Content

The Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature is provided to enhance accessibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free audio playback.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Krishna Uvaach be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
